Me Sébastien Dubé

Me Dubé began his practice as a lawyer in Montreal in 2011. After practicing in partnership for about four years, he founded the firm Dubé Avocats in 2018. With over 10 years of legal experience, Me Dubé has represented and assisted hundreds of clients. He has significant experience in real estate and residential leasing issues. Me Dubé has represented his clients before the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal, the Administrative Housing Tribunal, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.

Me Dubé has also been involved in the Research and legislation Committee for the Young Bar of Montreal Association, writing articles for the Committee (see online). He is now a member of the Board of Directors of a Foundation helping foundation helping Veterans that suffer with post traumatic stress disorder.

Me Sabrina Olivares

In her practice, Sabrina Olivares is called upon to advise the firm's clients in the areas of real estate law and residential leasing issues. Me Olivares first joined Dubé Avocats as an articling student to complete her internship for the École du Barreau and finally joining the firm as a lawyer.

In addition to obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Civil law from the University of Ottawa in 2020 and becoming a member of the Québec Bar in March 2022, Me Olivares also obtained a diploma in Accelerated Paralegal Technology from O’Sullivan College, in 2017. Her academic and professional background, as well as her employment as a paralegal in a notary's office for several years, has provided her with relevant experience in real estate law.

Me Olivares distinguishes herself by her analytical skills and her professionalism while executing her mandates her all while making client service her priority. Me Olivares has successfully represented clients in front of the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, the Court of Appeal as well as the Administrative Housing Tribunal.

Ms. Sayra Alves Fernandes

Ms Sayra is responsible for the administrative management of the firm. Her duties remain mainly in management of material resources, human resources, as well as financial resources. Her functions vary from planification, from organisation all the way to managing employees’ tasks, all in the while ensuring that everything is perfectly well executed, while constantly putting emphasis on the final product.

She pursued her studies in France and Brazil and has experience in a wide variety of domains. Versatile, organised, methodical and gifted with abilities in communication and management, she is dynamic and always open to facing new challenges. Her aptitudes contribute to the perfect functioning of the law firm.

Me Joëlle Kaneza

Me Joëlle Kaneza is an enthusiastic lawyer who joined the Dubé Avocats team in September 2020. She obtained her law degree from Laval University in 2014, articled with Mergui Avocats and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2017. Having worked in a legal information office, she is particularly aware of the changing social climate and the needs and expectations of a modern clientele.

Her clients' interests are particularly important to her, and she makes it a point of honor to accompany and guide them legally in critical moments.

Me Ioan Grosuliac

Me Ioan Grosuliac has been a lawyer with the firm since August 18, 2021. He completed his bar internship under the supervision of the firm's head lawyer, Me Sébastien Dubé, during which time he acquired particular expertise in litigation and real estate law.

During his law degree at the University of Montreal, Me Grosuliac was strongly involved in various student committees, notably by spearheading the organization of a new mock trial in international trade law. He was also a frequent contributor to the McGill University Legal Clinic. Currently, he is volunteering at the Saint-Michel legal clinic where he is supervising law students in the legal information section.

Me Grosuliac is also an avid tennis player and thrill-seeker. Complex and arduous cases do not scare him, and his practice is above all focused on the needs and interests of his clients.
